'SUITE' MUSIC FOR BIRMINGHAM'S CITY SLICKERS!

2nd May 2008

Above: High hopes - stilt walker Brett Sirrell looks on with Latitude sales executive Marilyn Parry.

George Wimpey City ‘put it all on show' over the weekend with the eagerly awaited opening of a Marketing Suite for landmark development ‘Latitude' in the rapidly emerging Chinese Quarter!

Located opposite the Bromsgrove Street development at 86 Hurst Street, it's a real showcase for the 189 luxury apartment scheme and provides a huge point of difference in and around the Chinese Quarter, which is already buzzing due to the high level of investment interest, ongoing regeneration and the established social scene.

For an extra special box of tricks, acclaimed Birmingham juggler/magician Brett Sirrell performed at the launch - and entertained the crowds with his unique brand of magical disappearance, stilt walking, balloon modelling and comedy juggling on a 5ft tall unicycle!

Angela Handley, sales & marketing manager for George Wimpey City, says: "The emphasis at Latitude is on cool, modern architecture and with the apartments being very design-led, the Marketing Suite is suitably retro chic - with a latte and classic black colour palette, plus lots of contemporary chrome and stainless steel.

"Each property will feature an elegant, open plan living space, designer Gallery kitchen will fully integrated appliances, crisp white modern sanitaryware with chrome fittings, textured wall and floor tiles, plus oak laminate flooring throughout - and the Marketing Suite's kitchen and bathroom roomsets in particular give a real flavour and whet the appetite."

Visit the new Marketing Suite at 86 Hurst Street, Birmingham B4 5TD (next to Missing bar), between 10am - 5 pm, Saturday to Wednesday, telephone 08450 729643.
